Hey there, friends! 🌟 So, I've got something pretty special to share - the Ageless Athlete Podcast. It's this little passion project I've been nursing, and I'm honestly stoked to let you in on it. 🏞️

I've spent a good chunk of my life backpacking in the Himalayas, and about two decades ago, I picked up rock climbing. Now, I'm no expert, but I've had some pretty rad experiences climbing and traveling all over. I adore all sorts of outdoor sports and try to squeeze in some surfing, biking, and mountain climbing whenever I can. Now, in my 40s, I've noticed there are others like me, still itching to push our limits and not let age slow us down. 🚴‍♂️🏄‍♀️

So, here's the deal - I'll be chatting with some seriously cool elite athletes who are defying the odds and continuing to rock their sports. We're talking rock climbers, runners, surfers, cyclists, you name it. I'm just a regular person curious about how they pull it off, and I thought, why not share these stories with you? Expect a mix of folks from their 30s to 80s, covering a wide range of sports and backgrounds. Sure, we might not all be aiming for 100-mile ultra-runs, but I think there's something inspiring in these stories for all of us, chasing our own humble yet important goals.

I'll be the first to admit, I'm new to this whole podcasting thing, so bear with me. I'm all ears for your feedback as we navigate this journey together! Let's keep it real and humble. 🙌
